Wellness Workshop

In today’s fast paced world, it is more important than ever for physicians, caregivers, leaders, future leaders and teams to make sure they are creating a culture that consistently values not only their patients/customers but also their employees/co-workers and teams. The culture starts at the top and filters down to every member of the team. When the leader establishes the wellness values of the company and acts according to them everytime, the team thrives and, in turn, takes on the company’s values. This wellness workshop helps participants experience mindfulness, body movement, and a creative art experience. This 4 hour Team-building workshop can be customized to your business and team including facets of the following:

  • Stress Management through mindfulness, breathwork, guided meditation, and mindful movement
  • Introduction to Antigravity Aerial Yoga– learn to trust as you learn to soar, stretch, and strengthen your body with the aerial hammock while letting go of all competition and judgement of yourself and others.
  • Intuitive Art or Painting Project– learn to listen to your inner wisdom as you create an original acrylic painting using your personal touch of self- expression. All participants leave with their unique work of art.

All of the above can be broken down into separate one-hour team building activities. Workshops available for groups as small as 5 and as large as 35. Corporate executive team retreats are available as well as individual and team coaching.

Team Building

Team bonding activities improve workplace projects that involve teamwork. After completing team building activities together, employees or team members better understand each other’s strengths, weaknesses, and interests. This understanding helps them work even better together in the future to procure any progress that is vital to a company or organization

Team building events are essential if you want better team relations because it is all about the company’s most important asset the people. Even the best product or business plan doesn’t mean anything if there aren’t great people behind it. Employees are the heart of every company and investing in team building exercises enhances their roles and connections.

There are four main types of team building activities. These activities include: communication activities, problem solving and/or decision making activities, adaptability and/or planning activities, and trust building activities.

Examples of Activities offered:

  • Group bonding through an afternoon of mindfulness, intuitive painting, games, and a group fitness class (aerial yoga, chair yoga, scavenger hunt, hiking, catered to your groups’ needs)
  • Immersing yourself in nature with forest bathing, walking a labyrinth, bonfire, and problem solving activities
  • Role Playing and creating a new story
